Job Title: Principal AI Solution Architect

Job Description
Your Impact
As a Principal AI Solution Architect, you will leverage expertise in full-stack engineering and advanced AI systems to deliver scalable, production-grade solutions. You will design and integrate data pipelines, machine learning models, and modern application layers into client ecosystems to solve complex business challenges. Acting as a bridge between technical and business teams, you will lead technical builds, scope ambiguous problems, advise on strategy and ROI, and ensure alignment across stakeholders. You will serve as a trusted advisor to senior executives, translating business needs into actionable technical roadmaps and guiding solution adoption and scaling. Additionally, you will mentor clients, build capabilities, and convert emerging ideas into actionable delivery plans.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related technical field
• 10+ years of experience in software engineering or solution architecture with proven success in building and operating complex systems
• Deep expertise in full-stack development, data engineering, AI/ML systems, and deployment architectures
• Proven experience designing, implementing, and optimizing AI solutions, including data pipelines, model training/serving, and production MLOps
• Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization, orchestration, serverless technologies
• Strong understanding of deployment pipelines, observability, performance optimization, and security best practices
• Experience in dynamic, fast-paced environments with a focus on mentoring and capability building
• Excellent communication skills to simplify complex technical concepts and align diverse stakeholders
