Job Title: Enterprise AI Value Strategy Manager | Senior Level

Job Description
Responsibilities
• Shape vision and create opportunities for AI, GenAI, and data-led business reinvention.
• Build client relationships and credibility as a trusted advisor on infusing AI, GenAI, and data into business processes or functions.
• Define and structure an organization’s AI and data strategy to optimize data assets and AI technologies for growth and competitive advantage.
• Assess maturity of AI and Data strategy, talent, operating model, ways of working, and data foundation.
• Define building blocks to transform an organization into an AI-first enterprise, including technology and AI platform blueprint, data strategy, and future-ready operating model.
• Create business cases, investment profiles, and roadmaps to deliver the AI strategy, including revenue upside and cost-takeout opportunities.
• Incorporate Responsible AI principles into vision and roadmap, develop ecosystem partner strategies, and design operating models to foster innovation.
• Identify people, processes, and technologies to operationalize AI solutions.
• Develop strategies for AI-first products and commercialization opportunities.
• Travel up to 80% as required by client engagements.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree in a relevant field preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in AI and Data Strategy, including enterprise- and function-specific strategy, talent strategy, value case development, data management, analysis, assessments, and roadmap creation.
• Minimum 5 years of high-value consulting or equivalent internal consulting experience.
• Proven experience leading workstreams, meeting deadlines, and delivering large-scale global projects.
• Strong program management and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Entrepreneurial and driven, capable of originating and shaping new deals and leading client conversations.
• Fluent in English, with strong leadership and people management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to bring innovative ideas to projects and foster collaborative, inclusive teams.
