Job Description
Summary of Role
Program Phoenix is a multi-year initiative designed to create a real-time enterprise built on a common data model, global processes, and seamless data flow, enabling operational efficiency and scalability. The program involves implementing S/4 HANA, PLM Teamcenter, and CRM MS-Dynamics across multiple releases. The Kinaxis solution must integrate into this new platform approach.

Essential Responsibilities
• Drive end-to-end process design, build, test, and integration of D2D (Demand to Deliver) Planning.
• Develop architectural solution design proposals for the existing Kinaxis solution and overall solution landscape, particularly Revenue Analytics.
• Support adoption of source system migrations for Kinaxis Planning Solutions within Program Phoenix.
• Assist in resolving process and integration design issues related to the value stream.
• Provide expertise in master data requirements for advanced planning solutions.
• Create functional and integration specifications.
• Offer thought leadership, best practices, and subject matter expertise in D2D Planning to standardize solutions.
• Collaborate effectively in a multi-partner environment.

Required Qualifications
• Minimum 8 years of Kinaxis experience in implementation or technical enhancement, including lead solution architect roles.
• Kinaxis certifications: Contributor Level 1, Author Level 1, Administrator Level 1.
• Technical expertise in demand planning, master production scheduling, capacity planning, aggregate supply planning, S&OP, and order fulfillment.
• Relevant university degree (e.g., Research Operations, Information Technology).
• Implementation experience in hi-tech/semiconductor supply chain planning is an advantage.
• Expertise in upstream and downstream solutions for advanced planning systems.
• Proven ability to drive standardized supply chain planning solutions in a global manufacturing environment.
• Strong leadership skills, ability to prioritize, and capability to manage complex topics globally.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, able to collaborate with teams across multiple time zones.
• Flexibility to work across global time zones with onshore and offshore internal and partner teams.
