Job Title: Senior AI Developer Location: Singapore
Job Description Position Responsibilities
• Collaborate with Data Scientists, ML Engineers, and AI Developers to build and support Generative AI services across Asia.
• Work with Data Engineers and IT SMEs to understand source data and optimize large datasets for Generative AI solution development.
• Develop and implement advanced machine learning models addressing complex business challenges, focusing on AI patterns such as RAG and Multi-Agent approaches.
• Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements, design data models, and deploy solutions aligned with Generative AI architecture.
• Establish standardized best practices, techniques, and tools for Generative AI development.
• Drive adoption of insights from Generative AI solutions across the organization.
• Innovate methods to source and leverage structured and unstructured data for Generative AI solutions using OpenAI services.
• Stay updated on AI/ML trends, particularly in Generative AI technologies, to enhance organizational capabilities.
Required Qualifications
• Advanced degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Statistics, or a quantitative field with significant professional experience.
• Proven expertise in developing and scaling Generative AI solutions, with at least 6 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in data pipelines and ML production architecture, particularly with Azure services.
• Advanced programming skills in Python, R, SQL, and familiarity with GenAI orchestration packages like LangChain, LangGraph, ADK, and CrewAI.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms and frameworks such as Azure, Databricks, and Spark, with a focus on implementing Generative AI solutions.
• Strong communication skills to convey complex data science concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience deploying Generative AI solutions into production with measurable business impact.
• Background in insurance analytics, specifically using Generative AI tech patterns on Azure and OpenAI platforms, is highly desirable.
• Proven teamwork skills, including leading and mentoring data science teams and collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
