Job Title: First Vice President, Data Analytics

Job Description
Responsibilities
• Lead large-scale analytics projects in the corporate space to drive business impact, with a focus on AFC/AML.
• Analyze macro and micro data (structured and unstructured) to address business questions using strategic analysis, machine learning, and NLP models.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth conversion of data to actionable insights and facilitate the implementation of recommendations.

Qualifications
• 7–10 years of solid experience in data analytics or data science.
• Deep technical expertise in machine learning, NLP, and operations research, with hands-on experience in Python, SAS, R, Hadoop, and Spark.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a good understanding of the financial industry; consulting experience is a plus.
• High sense of responsibility and teamwork.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
