Job Title: Junior Data Scientist
Job Description
Responsibilities
• Work alongside stakeholders within the engineering team, cross-functional departments, and management to understand and establish business requirements
• Work independently while coordinating with stakeholders across multiple application domains
• Build end-to-end data pipelines and scalable machine learning models using Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and LLM frameworks such as LangChain and Hugging Face
• Provide technical support and assistance as required
• Prepare, compile, and maintain project documentation and related materials
• Develop AI and machine learning solutions for automation, predictive modeling, and large language model applications
• Mentor junior team members on AI best practices and ethical AI principles
• Communicate insights and results through dashboards using Power BI and effective data storytelling
Requirements
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science and Artificial Intelligence, or a related field
• At least 2 years of experience in data science with demonstrated experience deploying AI and machine learning models
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and machine learning frameworks such as Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, and PyTorch
• Experience working with LLM tools including OpenAI GPT, Llama 2, and prompt engineering techniques
• Strong experience in data wrangling using Pandas and Spark, and familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS SageMaker or Azure ML
• Relevant experience with RAG architecture and AI agent development
• Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
