Job Description
As a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst, this role sits within the Smart Manufacturing and Artificial Intelligence (SMAI) Planning Innovation function. The position involves working on multidisciplinary projects with global teams to develop smart manufacturing solutions using artificial intelligence and machine learning. The focus is on driving output maximization and capital expenditure efficiency in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment.

Responsibilities
• Work closely with business partners to identify, gather, and analyze opportunities to improve wafer output performance, from ideation through data preparation, modeling, application development, system integration, and deployment
• Collaborate with data scientists to develop machine learning models and translate them into scalable, user-friendly applications
• Provide functional and process guidance on system capabilities within process engineering to support maxout initiatives
• Identify gaps, weaknesses, and inefficiencies in existing solutions to improve wafer movement, WPD, and overall output performance
• Translate deep process knowledge into project implementation aimed at improving run rate, equipment uptime, and process harmonization
• Define business solutions and propose high-impact projects for implementation
• Design, integrate, and scale solutions for global operational use
• Lead projects and coordinate resources across global teams to deliver high-value outcomes
• Use metrics and performance data to identify trends and continuous improvement opportunities

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields; equivalent experience may be considered
• Prior domain knowledge in process engineering, product integration engineering, or industrial engineering is advantageous
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and creative thinking skills
• Strategic, impact-oriented, highly organized, and adaptable mindset
• Willingness and ability to travel overseas
• Results-driven with a growth mindset and strong dedication to delivery
