Job Description
Responsibilities
• Apply data science, mathematics, statistics, and engineering principles to uncover patterns and develop predictive models, actionable insights, and data-driven solutions.
• Collaborate with Data Scientists, Data Engineers, Business Engineers, and UX teams to identify analytical questions and improve existing tools and processes.
• Design, develop, and implement software programs, algorithms, and automated workflows to cleanse, integrate, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources.
• Perform exploratory data analysis and contribute to new solution development initiatives.
• Consolidate and analyze unstructured and diverse big data sources to support product enhancement and service optimization.
• Communicate insights and findings clearly to product, service, and business stakeholders.
• Explore and apply emerging ideas, concepts, and technologies to enable innovative solutions.
• Work with cross-functional teams and global manufacturing sites to identify optimization opportunities and improve production metrics.
• Support global collaboration, alignment, benchmarking, and continuous improvement initiatives in planning and operations.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, or equivalent, with strong programming and modeling capabilities.
• Experience in the semiconductor industry, particularly in semiconductor operations or digital twin environments.
• Experience in simulation modeling, including discrete event simulation.
• Experience in optimization modeling or operations research using mixed integer programming, linear programming, or related methods.
• Knowledge and hands-on experience with cloud solutions, APIs, Git, and ETL processes.
• Proficiency or experience in Java, Python, SQL, HTML, C/C++, and CSS, with the ability to quickly learn new programming languages.
• Strong problem-solving skills with structured and logical thinking.
• Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills.
