Data Analyst
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for collecting, cleaning, validating, and organizing quality and safety data from various aviation maintenance and operational sources. They will develop insightful dashboards and reports using Power BI to support data-driven decision-making in quality and safety management, and automate data workflows and streamline reporting processes using Power Automate. This role also involves supporting the development and deployment of custom Power Apps for data entry and tracking of quality and safety initiatives. The Data Analyst will monitor and analyze trends in incident reports, audit findings, defect reports, and other safety/quality-related KPIs. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, such as Engineering, Safety, and Maintenance, to interpret data and recommend actionable improvements is crucial. Additionally, the role includes assisting in preparing periodic reports for internal management and regulatory authorities, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with regulatory and internal reporting standards.
Requirements
Candidates should possess proficiency in Microsoft Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate. A strong analytical mindset with keen attention to detail and accuracy is essential. While not mandatory, a basic understanding of aviation operations, safety, or quality systems is a plus. Excellent communication and presentation skills are required, along with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Fresh graduates with relevant project or internship experience are encouraged to apply.
