AI Product Owner
As an AI Product Owner, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the AI strategy for a leading financial institution. This position requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of both business needs and AI capabilities, enabling them to translate complex technical concepts into tangible business solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy
Collaborate with senior management to develop and refine the bank’s overarching AI strategy, ensuring seamless alignment with broader business objectives.
Identify and prioritize AI use cases that hold the greatest potential for delivering significant business value.
Develop comprehensive business cases for AI projects, including detailed cost-benefit analyses, risk assessments, and ROI estimations.
Business Engagement
Engage with a diverse range of stakeholders, including Business Analysts, Business Partners, COO Business, ITO, CDO, internal staff, clients, and third parties, to gather requirements and ensure successful AI solution adoption.
Processes
Analyze large datasets to identify critical trends, patterns, and insights that can inform strategic business decisions.
Collaborate closely with data science teams to design and implement robust AI models and algorithms tailored to specific business needs.
Interpret and effectively communicate the results of AI models to various business stakeholders, highlighting key insights and actionable recommendations.
Governance
Develop and implement comprehensive change management plans to ensure the successful adoption of AI solutions across the organization.
Provide essential training and support to business users, empowering them to understand and effectively leverage AI tools and technologies.
Foster a vibrant culture of innovation and continuous improvement by actively promoting the benefits of AI and encouraging experimentation.
Key Stakeholders
Collaborate with business leaders to identify opportunities for AI applications that address key business challenges and drive growth.
Facilitate seamless communication between business units and technical teams, ensuring a clear understanding of AI project objectives, requirements, and expected outcomes.
Conduct workshops and meetings to effectively gather business requirements and translate them into precise technical specifications for AI solutions.
Our Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will possess:
5+ years of experience in a business analysis, project management, or a related role within the banking or financial services industry.
A strong understanding of AI and machine learning concepts, coupled with the ability to translate technical information into clear, concise business language.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective conveyance of complex concepts to diverse audiences.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
