Senior Data Product Manager, CEO Office
This role, situated within the CEO Office, involves a multifaceted approach to data product leadership.
What You’ll Be Doing
Data Product Design & Management: The Senior Data Product Manager will be responsible for the product design of proprietary data tools, such as a metrics management system, feature store, and table access control tool. This individual will ensure high-quality delivery to meet the requirements of internal data analysts and product managers.
Data Business Partner: This position entails defining and managing changes to company-wide key metrics. The successful candidate will deep dive into business use cases from various teams, prioritizing requests to ensure they are delivered with appropriate data architecture. Collaboration with the Data Engineering and backend teams will be crucial for designing internal data pipelines and models to enhance operational efficiency and support strategic business decisions.
Stakeholder Collaboration and SOP Development: The role requires partnering with data analysts, data scientists, and other stakeholders to gather feedback, ensuring a seamless user experience and driving improvements in user satisfaction rates.
What We Look For In You
A minimum of 5 years of experience in data-related fields or product management, with familiarity with data warehouses, data applications, data analytics tools, and similar technologies.
Demonstrated project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and consistently meet deadlines.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving abilities, capable of navigating complex technical challenges within a fast-paced and evolving environment.
A high level of responsibility, strong ownership, and resilience under pressure are essential.
Nice to Haves
A background in big data or relevant technical experience is considered a plus.
