Senior Associate – Product, BI – Business Intelligence Analyst
Job Description:
This role involves a close collaboration with stakeholders to thoroughly understand their needs and pain points, with the goal of scoping problems and enhancing internal processes through automation and improved productivity. The individual will be responsible for critically evaluating and defining business metrics, and developing analyses that yield actionable insights to support the continuous improvement of the Retail Finance business. Becoming a subject matter expert in retail finance business and data is crucial. This position requires consolidating data from diverse sources, including operations, marketing, and source databases, to create integrated views that can effectively drive decision-making. A key aspect of the role is to build and implement data visualizations for reports and dashboards, catering to both management and business users.
Requirements:
Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science/Engineering, Business Analytics, Information Technology, Finance/Banking, Statistics, or other related fields, coupled with 1 to 5 years of relevant experience. Relevant working experience in analytics-related roles is required. Mandatory skills include proficiency in SQL and Python. Familiarity with data visualization tools is also necessary. The ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment is essential. Experience within the finance/banking industry is preferred, and experience in business intelligence within the finance industry is a definite plus.
