Business Intelligence Analyst (Operations)
This role involves partnering with various business teams to deliver actionable insights, thereby supporting data-driven decision-making strategies. The individual will lead cross-functional data analytics projects and provide robust technical support for automation and business initiatives. Key responsibilities include translating intricate business requests into executable technical tasks, automating manual reporting processes using VBA, Python, or SQL, and monitoring and optimizing reporting flows from back-end to front-end systems. The analyst will also be expected to tackle complex data projects utilizing various algorithms.
Requirements:
Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree, ideally in data analytics, statistics, mathematics, or another quantitative discipline. A minimum of one year of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or related fields is required. Demonstrated technical proficiency in Python, SQL, VBA, Excel, Google Sheets, and Tableau is essential. Strong experience in data analysis is highly preferred. The ideal candidate will exhibit meticulous attention to detail, a strong reliance on data, and the ability to articulate compelling narratives that transform numerical data into key insights for business decisions. Effective and concise communication with stakeholders is crucial, as is the capability to identify root causes and resolve challenges.
