Data Scientist – Recommendation
This role focuses on leveraging data science to enhance various aspects of the business, particularly within e-commerce search and recommendation systems.
Responsibilities
Utilize causal inference, Machine Learning, and other advanced technologies to proactively identify opportunities in areas such as traffic optimization, product development, operational efficiency, and strategic planning.
Conduct in-depth special project analysis through keen business insight, Qualitative and Quantitative Analysis, model construction, and experimental verification, providing actionable strategic recommendations.
Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to drive the implementation of strategic applications and ensure continuous optimization.
Minimum Qualifications
A Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field. Master’s and doctoral degrees are preferred.
A solid foundation in Machine Learning and Statistics, with proficiency in SQL, Python, or R.
Familiarity with e-commerce search or recommendation strategies; relevant experience is preferred.
Strong communication skills, a proactive work ethic, a strong sense of ownership and responsibility, excellent teamwork ability, and the capacity to perform under pressure.
Possess strong curiosity and self-driving force, enjoy accepting challenges, and always Aim for the Highest.
