Job Title: Regional Business Intelligence, Data Analyst – Digital Banking
Job Description:
A leading organization in the digital banking space is seeking a talented Regional Business Intelligence, Data Analyst to join their team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and challenges, translating these into actionable data analytics problems. You will be responsible for providing and implementing effective analytics solutions. As a subject matter expert in banking business and data, you will consolidate data from various sources to create integrated views that facilitate data-driven decision-making. Your responsibilities will also include conducting ad-hoc analyses and creating insightful visualizations of business issues. You will design, automate, and maintain critical dashboards for business units using SQL and/or Pyspark. Furthermore, you will support campaign events, from pre-campaign audience selection to in-campaign tracking and post-campaign evaluation.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science/Engineering, Business Analytics, Information Technology, Finance/Banking, Statistics, or other related fields.
3 to 7 years of experience in analytical roles, with familiarity in Python and SQL.
Experience in implementing analytical insights and/or predictive models into business processes is preferred.
Strong passion for data analysis demonstrated through related coursework, participation in DA/DS competitions, or personal projects on Github is preferred.
Experience in business intelligence or marketing analytics within the e-commerce or FinTech industry is a plus.
Strong project management and communication skills.
