Job Title: Business Intelligence Solution Analyst – SG Business Intelligence

Job Description:

A dynamic organization is seeking a Business Intelligence Solution Analyst to join their SG Business Intelligence team. In this role, you will partner with business teams to provide actionable insights that drive data-driven decision-making. You will also participate in cross-functional teams’ technical data projects and offer robust technical support for automation and business initiatives. Your responsibilities will include developing and maintaining data workflows to streamline business operations and proposing improvements. You will translate intricate business needs into executable technical tasks, automate manual reporting processes using VBA/Python/SQL, and monitor and optimize the reporting flow from the back-end to the front-end. Additionally, you will design and develop data mining tools to facilitate informed business decisions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree, preferably in data analytics, statistics, mathematics, or another quantitative discipline.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Demonstrated technical proficiency in Python, SQL, VBA, Excel, Google Sheets, Tableau, etc.
  • Experience with web crawling is preferred.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a data-centric approach.
  • Strong ability to communicate clearly and concisely with stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to identify root causes and effectively solve challenges.
