Business Intelligence Analyst (Operations)

Job Description:

A leading organization is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst (Operations) to partner with their business teams and provide insights that support a data-driven decision-making strategy. The successful candidate will lead cross-functional teams’ data analytics projects and provide solid technical support on automation and business projects. This role involves translating complex business requests into executable technical tasks, automating manual reporting processes using VBA/Python/SQL, and monitoring and optimizing the reporting flow from back-end to front-end. The analyst will also be responsible for solving complex data projects using various algorithms.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master Degree, preferably in data analytics, statistics, mathematics, or any other quantitative discipline.
  • 1+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or any other related fields.
  • Proven technical skills in Python, SQL, VBA, Excel, Google Sheets, Tableau, etc.
  • Experience in data analysis strongly preferred.
  • Able to pay attention to detail and rely on data.
  • Able to story tell and transform numbers into key insights that drive business decisions.
  • Able to communicate in a clear and succinct manner to stakeholders.
  • Able to identify root causes and solve challenges.
