A Singaporean multinational technology company has developed a super-app providing users with access to a wide range of services. Headquartered in Singapore, it operates in several Southeast Asian countries, including Malaysia, Cambodia, Indonesia, Myanmar, the Philippines, Thailand, and Vietnam.

Job Title: Senior Product Analyst

The Critical Tasks They Will Perform

  • They will dive into data to align with business objectives, recommending novel solutions, including AI-driven strategies to address key customer challenges.
  • They will measure and analyze performance across markets and business lines using data.
  • They will develop analytical frameworks for identifying common patterns in recurring hypotheses and problems.
  • They will create models that examine product configurations and explore interaction effects.
  • They will monitor metrics, perform root cause analysis on metric shifts, and report findings.
  • They will design and implement experiments to guide product decisions, including A/B testing, analysis, and recommendations.

What Essential Skills They Will Need

  • They have at least 4 years of experience in Analytics, Business Intelligence, or Data Science roles within large-scale Internet or E-Commerce sectors.
  • They have expertise in designing, executing, and analyzing A/B tests and product experiments, including an understanding of hypothesis testing and design of experiments.
  • They have advanced SQL capabilities for querying large databases.
  • They have hands-on experience with data analysis tools such as R or Python, and visualisation tools like Tableau, PowerBI, or D3.js.
  • Skill in translating data into actionable insights for non-technical audiences using presentations and visualisations.
  • They are proficient in both verbal and written English.
