Manage and Lead Projects: Take charge of Data and Analytics projects from inception to successful completion.
Scope and Timeline Management: Effectively manage project scope, dependencies, and timeline.
Project P&L Management: Manage project resources effectively to meet the expected project gross margin.
Risks and Issues Management: Identify risks and issues, and proactively resolve/mitigate them.
Quality Assurance: Ensure the projects are delivered within the defined time, cost and quality parameters.
Efficient Execution: Oversee the performance of tasks essential for achieving efficient project objectives.
Stakeholder Management: Engage effectively with key stakeholders, manage, and maintain strong working relationships with clients.
Team Development: Coach and develop project team members.
Proposal Leadership: Lead the development of project proposal and ensure accurate cost estimation and adequate assumptions.
Qualities We Value
Project Experience: Have experience managing 2 to 3 end-to-end data warehouse, data visualisation, and / or Analytics implementation. At least one of these implementations should have been in the Government or Education sector as a vendor project manager.
Year of Experience: Possess 5 or more years of experience in Data Management and Enterprise Business Intelligences implementations.
Leadership Experience: Demonstrate leadership skills, flexibility, and the ability to build strong relationship with clients, team members, managers, and senior executives in a consulting context.
Problem-Solving: A self-starter with an analytical approach to problem solving. Enjoy problem-solving across various domains and industries.
Team Collaboration: Thrive in a highly energetic and competent team environment.
Quality Expectation: Prioritize client satisfaction, focus on outcome and uphold quality standards.
Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills; both in written and spoken English.
