This role involves developing, implementing, and maintaining leading-edge analytics systems, transforming complex problems into simple frameworks. You will leverage various data analysis tools and techniques to gather, process, and visualize data, enabling business stakeholders to understand trends, identify opportunities for improvement, and make data-driven decisions.
Responsibilities include:
Validating data from various sources and ensuring its readiness for analysis.
Transforming data into appropriate datasets before conducting qualitative and quantitative analysis and generating reports of findings.
Assisting in the execution of the project lifecycle.
Gathering and understanding business requirements by engaging with various stakeholders, business leaders, and department heads to identify their specific data needs and objectives.
Collecting, cleaning, and analyzing data from various sources, ensuring data accuracy, reporting integrity, overall quality, and reliability.
Developing dashboards, reports, and visualizations that are interactive and visually appealing representations of data to facilitate easy comprehension, often highlighting key performance indicators (KPIs) and other performance metrics.
Identifying trends and patterns to provide actionable recommendations for improving processes and enhancing customer satisfaction by adopting analytical techniques to detect correlations, anomalies, and emerging trends.
Assisting the Digital Business Partner and stakeholders in translating their needs and priorities into digital and technology pipelines and projects.
Supporting the Digital Business Partner in developing project plans, goals, schedules, budgets, and resource utilization management, and providing assistance in organizing and managing all phases of IT Initiative projects to ensure on-time completion and successful deployment.
Qualities they value:
Three or more years of experience mining data as a business intelligence analyst or data analyst.
Proven analytical skills, including mining, evaluation, and visualization.
Technical writing experience in relevant areas, including queries, reports, and presentations.
Proficiency in programming experience with frameworks including ETL, XML, JavaScript, Python, SQL, HTML/CSS.
Practical experience in statistical analysis through the use of statistical packages and tools including Excel, SPSS, SAS, Tableau, Power BI, and Power Query.
Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, or Statistics.
Certified Business Intelligence Professional (CBIP) and Microsoft Power BI Certification is preferred.
Strong communication and presentation skills to convey insights clearly and compellingly, translating technical findings into language that non-technical stakeholders can easily understand.
Problem-solving mindset.
Collaboration and stakeholder management skills to identify continuous improvement and value-added opportunities.
Technically savvy in learning and leveraging digital tools such as Generative AI, Data Automation Tools, RPA using UIPath, and Microsoft Productivity Tools.
