Sales – Applied Commerce & Gen AI Engineering Program Manager
Description
They are seeking a talented Program Manager to coordinate and drive early engagements on product architecture, feature definition, and program execution. This role involves collaborating with all partner organizations relevant to a project.
YOU WILL:
Communicate: Provide clear, timely, and objective communication, including regular program status updates and critical issues as needed to the executive team.
Coordinate: Coordinate discussions and break down complex issues into discussion topics to drive engineering and design alignment with support from the project team, maintaining an orientation toward teamwork and collaboration.
Plan: Create and manage project timelines with clear dependencies, critical paths, and a systematic methodology to communicate status. Manage risks and mitigations, and re-plan as events warrant. Drive alignment across the organization and between teams.
Execute: Drive on-time delivery and deployment, identifying development and feasibility needs, establishing achievements for checkpoints and status updates.
Problem solve: Proactively identify issues and solutions, and marshal resources necessary to attack and resolve. Coordinate with teams to identify issues, prioritize tasks, and track risks to schedule and product quality, including cross-functional dependencies.
Minimum Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years in program/project management, preferably in AI or tech-oriented product domains. Experience in commerce is a strong advantage.
Familiarity with generative AI models, technologies, and applications.
Preferred Qualifications
Information Technology, Business, or related field Degree. MBA or equivalent.
Strong organizational and leadership skills.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in project management tools and software.
Analytical and strategic thinker.
Problem solver with a proactive approach.
Collaborative mindset and a team player.
Passionate about AI and its potential in commerce.
