Job Description

Associate Practice Sales Director-Data & AI

A third party is seeking an Associate Practice Sales Director to drive business growth and sales within their Data Management, Analytics, and AI practice across various industries. This role requires a strong understanding of the data and AI landscape, excellent communication and influencing skills, and the ability to engage with clients at the C-suite level.

Job Requirements

  • Solid experience in a business growth / sales role in data management, analytics and AI across multiple industries.
  • Experience with Sales of AI solutions, AI Governance and Ethical AI.
  • Strong exposure to selling Data & AI solutions on Azure, AWS, and GCP platforms.
  • Lead reactive and proactive conversations with Clients on Generative AI (specially LLMs).
  • Experience with large scale consulting and program execution engagements in AI and data.
  • Experience with leading Visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Qlik etc.
  • Excellent ability and skills to influence and communicate effectively with business partners up to the C-Suite.
  • Ability to appreciate and work on 360-degree aspects around a data and insights life cycle across the business value chain.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills and executive presentation and persuasion skills are required.
  • Ability to interface at all levels of an organization.
  • Consultative selling experience is a must.
  • Knowledge of industry trends, customer struggles, potential opportunities in various areas like cloud, AI/ML, modern data architecture, data governance, IoT and intelligent automations are highly desirable.

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge in enterprise data management architecture and principles, master data management, data governance and data quality.
  • Knowledge in data modernization, Cloud, data migration and digital transformation.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
  • 15 years of experience, with strong sales/relationship management/account management experience.
