Job Title:Data Analytics Lead Analyst – C13 – SINGAPORE
Job Description:
This role involves integrating subject matter and industry expertise within a defined area of data analytics. The individual will contribute to the establishment of data analytics standards that others will follow. A deep understanding of how data analytics functions integrate within the sub-function, as well as how they coordinate and contribute to broader organizational objectives, is essential.
The role requires developed communication and diplomacy skills to guide, influence, and convince colleagues in other areas and occasional external customers. The analyst will be responsible for resolving occasionally complex and highly variable issues, producing detailed analysis where the optimal course of action isn’t immediately clear and recommending or taking necessary actions.
Accountabilities include responsibility for the volume, quality, timeliness, and delivery of data science projects, along with short-term resource planning. The individual must appropriately assess risk in business decisions, demonstrating consideration for the firm’s reputation and the safeguarding of its assets and clients. This includes driving compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations, adhering to policy, applying sound ethical judgment, and escalating, managing, and reporting control issues transparently.
Qualifications:
6-10 years of experience using coding for statistical modeling of large data sets.
Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience; a Master’s degree is potentially preferred.
