AVP – Finance Data Analyst (Finance Data Ledger Platform)
Job Description:
A highly skilled expert in technology, financial data, and end-to-end system and operational processes of a full-suite application is sought to provide timely solutions. This role involves identifying system problems, determining their root causes, and delivering solutions through collaboration with diverse partners, including upstream and downstream systems, Operations, Finance, Business, and Technology teams. The individual will be responsible for implementing solutions across all regions (ASIA, EMEA, NAM, and LATAM).
Key responsibilities include managing Consent Order deliveries and DCRM (Data Concern Remediation Management) solutions and their implementation globally. A strong proficiency in Ab-initio, Oracle, and UNIX technologies is essential, with the ability to debug issues by analyzing Ab-initio graphs and executing complex SQL queries for root cause identification.
The role involves active participation in IT development life cycles to ensure the delivery of improved IT solutions. Furthermore, the individual will lead a team, fostering an environment characterized by strong system expertise.
Requirement:
Possesses 10+ years of overall IT experience.
Demonstrates strong expertise in Ab-initio, Oracle (SQL & PL/SQL), and UNIX technologies, with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in these areas.
Exhibits a solid understanding of financial ledger concepts and financial and management reporting functionalities, with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
Proven capabilities in Data Analysis, Root Cause Analysis, and effective stakeholder engagement and coordination for solution development and implementation.
Strong leadership skills with relevant team management experience.
Knowledge and experience in finance technology, financial data, end-to-end system flows, and operational processes of ledger applications.
Demonstrated leadership ability with consistent clear and concise written and verbal communication and evidence-based arguments.
Proven interpersonal skills with the ability to partner and influence across organizational boundaries.
Proven ability to apply complex analytical, interpretive, and problem-solving techniques.
