Senior Data Scientist – Consumer Experience & Analytics

Job Description

The Consumer Experience Team is dedicated to improving user growth, retention, and engagement through data insights. This role involves designing A/B testing frameworks, analyzing user behavior, and providing recommendations to enhance consumer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct deep data analysis to recommend new product ideas and solve consumer experience challenges.
  • Identify trends and anomalies in data, investigate root causes, and ensure data integrity in experimentation and reporting.
  • Build and present data visualizations and insights for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Design and propose experimentation strategies, collaborating with engineering teams for accurate data collection.
  • Launch A/B tests, analyze results, and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Develop data pipelines for product reporting and scalable frameworks for analytical processes.
  • Mentor junior team members for professional development.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in product analytics.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Python, and R for handling large datasets.
  • Experience creating dashboards using Tableau or similar visualization tools.
  • Strong knowledge of statistical methodologies and machine learning for data analysis.
  • Experience designing and implementing A/B tests and other experiment frameworks.
