Job Description
A company is seeking an experienced AI/ML Consultant to develop scalable machine learning models, build efficient data pipelines, and drive AI innovation. This role requires hands-on expertise in AI/ML model development, data integration, and deployment. As a consultant, you will also engage with clients to understand their business needs and deliver tailored AI/ML solutions.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement AI/ML models to address complex business challenges.
Build scalable data pipelines to support model training and deployment using DevOps & MLOps.
Customize and apply Deep Learning and Generative AI models based on business needs, infrastructure, and data availability.
Conduct research and development on high-performance AI algorithms and computational models.
Optimize data preprocessing, storage, and retrieval mechanisms for model training.
Validate AI model approaches for solving business problems.
Collaborate with business and technical teams, including engineers, architects, and UI designers, to integrate AI solutions into production.
Leverage cloud AI services where applicable to enhance AI/ML capabilities.
Stay updated on AI advancements and emerging technologies.
Provide mentorship to junior team members in AI/ML best practices.
Work closely with clients to understand business challenges and provide AI/ML strategy recommendations.
Support business development by identifying AI/ML opportunities and contributing to proposals.
Requirements
Minimum 4 years of experience in AI/ML, computational science, or related roles.
Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
Strong knowledge of AI, machine learning principles, and data science methodologies.
Demonstrated ability to develop and implement machine learning algorithms and models.
Experience with data integration and model deployment.
Proficiency in creating and managing data pipelines.
Experience in client-facing roles, understanding client needs, and delivering tailored solutions.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java.
Experience with AI/ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
Familiarity with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Prior experience in a consulting role, working with clients on AI/ML solutions.
Preferred Qualifications
Relevant certifications in AI/ML, cloud computing, or project management (e.g., AWS Machine Learning Specialty, Google Cloud Data Engineer, PMP).
Candidates with exceptional expertise will be considered regardless of years of experience.
