Lead the Charge in Cybersecurity Solutions!

Are you ready to take your career to the next level and make a real impact in the cybersecurity landscape in Singapore? SpringCube is partnering with a leading technology client to find a dynamic and experienced Cybersecurity Sales Director to spearhead their cybersecurity sales division. This position will focus on the Singapore market only, leading a team of experienced sales executives.

In this exciting role, you’ll be the driving force behind a high-performing team of cybersecurity experts. You’ll be responsible for developing and executing winning sales strategies, fostering key customer relationships, and driving revenue growth within the cybersecurity sector.

What you’ll do:

  • Lead and mentor a talented team of Cybersecurity Solution Sales Managers, providing guidance and support throughout the sales cycle.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve ambitious revenue targets and expand market share.
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
  • Build strong relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers within customer organizations.
  • Stay ahead of the curve by maintaining a deep understanding of the evolving cybersecurity landscape and emerging technologies.

What you’ll bring:

  • A proven track record of success in cybersecurity sales, with at least 10 years of experience in pre-sales, business development, and account management.
  • Prior experience leading and managing high-performing sales teams.
  • A strong technical foundation in cybersecurity solutions, with expertise in areas such as:
    • Network Security (firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems)
    • Endpoint Security (antivirus, endpoint detection and response)
    • Cloud Security (CASB, secure access service edge)
    • Identity and Access Management (IAM)
    • Security Information and Event Management (SIEM)
    • Threat Intelligence and Advanced Persistent Threat (APT) protection
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • A passion for cybersecurity and a desire to make a difference.
