AI Engineer – Financial Technology

Job Description
As an AI Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in developing and deploying AI-driven systems that enhance trading strategies and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Advanced Modeling: Develop deep learning, reinforcement learning, and graph neural networks for predictive analytics and automated trading strategies.
- NLP Applications: Implement NLP solutions for sentiment analysis and customer interaction enhancements using tools like spaCy and Hugging Face Transformers.
- Vector Search & Semantic Retrieval: Build systems for real-time, context-aware data retrieval using vector databases like Weaviate and Pinecone.
- Agentic Systems: Design autonomous systems for dynamic decision-making in trading environments.
- MLOps Integration: Deploy and scale AI models using tools like MLflow, Kubeflow, and TensorFlow Serving.
- Big Data Engineering: Architect data pipelines using Apache Spark, Kafka, and Hadoop for real-time and batch processing.
- Generative AI: Explore and integrate generative technologies like GPT, DALL-E, and GANs for user experience innovation.
- Optimization & Explainability: Maximize model performance with tools like Optuna and ensure AI transparency with SHAP, LIME, and Fairlearn.
- Cloud & Edge AI: Implement scalable AI solutions on cloud platforms and optimize for edge computing.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Python, R, C++, or Java.
- Expertise in TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn.
- Experience with Pandas, NumPy, and HDFS.
- Knowledge of vector databases like Weaviate and Pinecone.
- Hands-on experience with reinforcement learning, GANs, and MLOps tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with real-time data processing using Flink and Kafka.
Soft Skills
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
- Effective team collaboration and communication skills.
- Proven ability to work under tight deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
