Job Description
The Performance Marketing Data Analyst will independently deliver analytics projects and support digital and database marketing operations for large brands. This role demands expertise in data analysis, campaign optimization, and generating actionable insights to improve marketing outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Understand business models, clarify requirements, and align with stakeholders on campaign objectives.
  • Plan data availability and collaborate with campaign execution teams to ensure successful campaign launches.
  • Enhance and optimize advanced SQL queries for data processing and build data pipelines for platform migration.
  • Set up Power BI dashboards based on stakeholder requirements and priorities.
  • Audit and procure data from various sources, performing comprehensive data audits and analyses.
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide recommendations on targeting improvements and business rules.
  • Visualize campaign outcomes, derive actionable insights, and present findings to stakeholders in clear, concise formats.
  • Manage multiple priorities and ensure quality of deliverables in line with project timelines.
  • Collaborate on regional and global analytics initiatives, tailoring inputs for local campaigns.
  • Actively work on audience targeting insights, optimize campaigns, and improve communication governance.

Eligibility Requirements
Must Have:

  • Advanced SQL expertise for analyzing and optimizing queries.
  • 3-4 years of relevant experience in digital marketing, CRM, database marketing, or campaign analytics.
  • Hands-on experience in analyzing digital campaigns, audience targeting, and performance marketing.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to craft compelling data-driven narratives.
  • Experience with Power BI, advanced Excel/Google Sheets, and campaign analytics tools.
  • Ability to work autonomously, manage priorities effectively, and deliver quality outcomes.
  • Strong numerical and analytical capabilities, with a passion for learning and solving challenging problems.
  • Experience in data extraction, audience targeting, and campaign tracking methodologies.

Good to Have:

  • Working knowledge of analytical/statistical techniques.
  • Experience in Hadoop environments (Hive, Presto).
  • Familiarity with Python and Airflow for analytics workflows.
  • Previous consulting experience is a plus.

Education & Experience:

  • A BS/BA degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.
  • 8-10 years of professional experience in advanced analytics for a large-scale enterprise or consulting organization.
