Job Description
As a Data Analyst for SEA, you will play a vital role in leveraging extensive shopper and retailer data to provide actionable insights and recommendations. Working closely with commercial and technical teams, you will optimize performance, support strategic clients, and create and scale reports that guide business decisions. This role will also involve A/B testing, collaborating on global projects, and automating analyses across regions.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze complex data from multiple sources to understand campaign and retailer performance, identify growth opportunities, and generate impactful insights.
  • Collaborate with commercial and technical teams to develop deep strategic client relationships and align strategies with long-term goals.
  • Design and scale reports and metrics that deliver actionable insights to various teams across the organization.
  • Conduct A/B testing to assess product performance and provide deeper insights into client strategies.
  • Work on global ad hoc projects, automating analyses and enhancing internal processes.
  • Develop expertise in the online marketing ecosystem, refining analytical models and automation to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in an analytical role within technology or consulting, with knowledge of internet advertising technologies.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a quantitative or business discipline (e.g., Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science).
  • Strong understanding of relational databases, data architecture, and statistical concepts, especially in testing contexts.
  • Proficiency in SQL and Python; experience with technologies such as Hadoop, Hive, Vertica, or Tableau is a bonus.
  • Strong client-facing skills, able to convey clear insights and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Autonomous, versatile, and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment while collaborating with teams across different cultures and backgrounds.
