      Data Analyst, Data Centre

      Make an Impact by:

      • Developing and maintaining databases by acquiring data from primary and secondary sources, and building scripts that will make our data evaluation process more flexible or scalable across datasets.
      • Defining and implementing data acquisition and integration logic, selecting an appropriate combination of methods and tools within the defined technology stack to ensure optimal scalability and performance of the solution.
      • Proactively analyzing data to answer key questions for stakeholders or yourself, with an eye on what drives business performance, and investigate and communicate which areas need improvement in efficiency and productivity.
      • Identifying various data sources and methods to access them.
      • Analyzing data and developing the information into predictive operations.
      • Converting data into patterns in preparation for machine learning.
      • Developing algorithms for data processing.
      • Creating and maintaining rich interactive visualizations through data interpretation and analysis, with reporting components from multiple data sources.
      • Managing stakeholder expectations.
      • Demonstrating the ability to work with different levels of the workforce to implement projects.
      • Preparing and presenting to top executives on project execution plans.

      Skills for Success:

      • Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information System, Info-communications, Engineering, Science, or its equivalent.
      • Strong SQL or Excel skills, with aptitude for learning other analytics tools.
      • Working knowledge of data acquisition, data transformation, and data visualization tools.
      • Proven analytics skills, including mining, evaluation, and visualization.
      • Strong verbal, written, and presentation communication skills in English.
      • Good customer management skills.
      • A good team player with experience in coordination with cross-functional teams.
      • Knowledge of problem-solving skills.
