Business Intelligence Manager (CX Consultant)

Who are we looking for?

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Intelligence Manager (CX Consultant) to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a critical part in driving data-driven decisions across the organization by developing and implementing innovative data analytics solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of agile data analytics platforms to support analytical initiatives of internal and external stakeholders.
  • Translate business requirements into actionable insights and visualizations.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders to understand their data needs and translate them into effective analytical solutions.
  • Conduct in-depth data analysis, identify trends, and generate insightful reports to support business decision-making.
  • Proactively identify areas for improvement in data quality and processes.
  • Stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies in data analytics and customer experience.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 8-10 years of relevant work experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related field.
  • Strong experience in storyboarding, problem definition, problem-solving techniques, and solution presentations in concise visualization formats.
  • Demonstrated understanding of B2B sales, digital marketing, omni-channel customer engagements, and relevant cloud-based solutions.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.1
  • Experience in customer experience, BPO, consulting, or related fields is a plus.
