Job Description
Manager – Artificial Intelligence & Data
As a Manager, you will:
Lead and deliver client engagements, managing cross-functional teams for major projects and deliverables.
Drive practice development initiatives, including business development activities, identifying revenue-generating opportunities, and contributing to proposal writing and presentations.
Cultivate strong client relationships and serve as a trusted advisor, guiding clients in maximizing the value of their data assets.
Design and develop innovative data-driven solutions, helping clients build efficient analytics organizations, processes, and supporting technology.
Play a key role in shaping and implementing the company’s AI & Data strategy.
Your role as a leader:
Develop and mentor high-performing teams, providing them with growth opportunities.
Collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to achieve key objectives.
Set clear priorities and direction for your team, aligning them with organizational goals.
Make informed decisions that enhance the quality of outcomes and contribute to the company’s success.

Requirements:
A good honors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
A postgraduate degree is preferred.
Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, including a strong track record in leading project teams and driving business development.
Proven experience in a Big 4 consulting firm, a leading MNC, or a relevant industry role.
Demonstrated expertise in one or more of the following areas:
Designing and implementing data structures for Big Data, analytical models, and traditional BI/DW reporting solutions using technologies such as: IBM DB2/Netezza, Microsoft SQL Server/PDW, Oracle Exadata, SAP HANA, Oracle Exalytics, Teradata, Pivotal, Cloudera, Hortonworks, IBM BigInsights.
Designing and developing data integration processes (batch/real-time, ETL/ELT) with structured and unstructured data using tools such as Informatica, Talend, or AWS Glue.
Creating impactful visual dashboards and reports using tools such as QlikView, Tableau, Spotfire, PowerBI, or AWS QuickSight.
Applying analytical models to predict business outcomes using tools such as DataRobot or TensorFlow (Keras, PyTorch).
Implementing core information management disciplines, including Data Governance, Data Quality, MDM, and Metadata management.
Strong experience interacting with senior business and IT stakeholders.
Excellent client service and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise sound judgment.
Deep understanding of either structured and unstructured data mining, visualization, and analytics or Intelligent Automation.
