      Manager, Data & Analytics, Technology Consulting

      Your Key Responsibilities

      As a Senior Associate in the Business Intelligence, Data Warehousing, and Big Data space, you will play a crucial role in helping clients unlock the value of their data. You will work on diverse projects spanning traditional BI and DW environments, with opportunities to delve into cutting-edge big data and advanced analytics initiatives.

      You will collaborate closely with clients, guiding them in defining and executing their data and reporting strategies. You will be at the forefront of projects that address critical business challenges and remove bottlenecks.

      Skills and Attributes for Success

      • Proven Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience with a strong foundation in data architecture, information management, analytics, data science, software engineering, devops, or Agile delivery.
      • Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated expertise in one or more batch ETL tools (e.g., Informatica, Microsoft SSIS, Talend) or open-source data integration tools (e.g., Kafka, Nifi).
      • Project Delivery Excellence: Proven ability to successfully deliver projects end-to-end, utilizing both traditional SDLC and Agile methodologies (or hybrid approaches).
      • Strong Communication and Collaboration: Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.1
      • Client Focus: Proven consulting experience, including direct client engagement and a strong understanding of client needs and priorities.
      • Technical Expertise (Preferred):
        • ETL: Datastage, Informatica, SAP DS
        • BI: Cognos, SAP BO, Microstrategy
        • Database: Teradata, DB2, SQL Server
        • Analytics: SAS, R, Hadoop, Hive
        • Data Visualization: Qlikview, Tableau, SAS VA
