      Job Description:

      This role will collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand their data needs, identify pain points, and uncover opportunities for process improvement. You will be responsible for developing and implementing data-driven solutions, including automation, to streamline workflows and enhance productivity.

      Key Responsibilities:

      • Define and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in partnership with stakeholders, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
      • Leverage your expertise in SQL, PySpark, and Python to efficiently collect, process, and integrate data from various sources.
      • Build and maintain automated workflows for reporting and dashboarding to provide stakeholders with actionable insights.
      • Conduct in-depth brand performance analyses in collaboration with Key Account Managers, identifying trends and making data-driven recommendations to support business growth.
      • Continuously identify and implement opportunities to improve data quality and enhance data-driven decision-making processes.

      Requirements:

      • Proven proficiency in SQL, PySpark, and Python for data processing and analysis.
      • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills with the ability to translate business needs into effective technical solutions.
      • Experience in creating and maintaining automated reporting and dashboards to drive data-driven decision-making.
      • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.1
