      Business Intelligence Executive – Business Intelligence, SPX Express

      Job Description:

      • Lead data collection and analysis projects utilizing SQL and Python.
      • Automate data collection and aggregation processes to construct comprehensive reporting dashboards.
      • Collaborate effectively with product managers, operations teams, and regional teams to deliver valuable statistics and business data that drive informed business decisions.
      • Gather and analyze business requirements to develop small to medium-sized tools or simulation models that assist the business in achieving critical and time-sensitive goals.

      Requirements:

      • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field is preferred.
      • Proven ability to lead and mentor small teams, fostering professional growth and providing effective support for individual development.
      • Strong proficiency in SQL is mandatory; experience with Python is highly advantageous.
      • A highly motivated and results-oriented self-starter with exceptional business acumen, planning, and strategic thinking skills.
      • Meticulous attention to detail and an unwavering commitment to accuracy and quality in all deliverables.
      • A hands-on approach with the ability to deeply understand the business and industry to drive meaningful data-driven insights and connections.
