      Senior Data Scientist, Analytics (Payments), Singapore (Hybrid)

      Job Description:
      As a Senior Data Scientist, you will partner with Product, Engineering, and Commercial teams to optimize payment performance and grow the Payments product. You will design and implement experiments to improve payment success rates, identify opportunities for product growth, and work with teams across the organization to inform strategic decisions.

      What You’ll Do:

      • Design and implement rigorous experiments to improve payment success rates.
      • Identify opportunities to grow the product and drive roadmaps with insights.
      • Measure product success through setting and monitoring key metrics and forecasting.
      • Collaborate with engineers to develop tools to identify optimization opportunities at scale.
      • Partner with cross-functional teams to influence product strategy and investment decisions.

      What You’ll Bring:

      • 5+ years of industry experience with an advanced degree (PhD or MS) in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, Economics).
      • Expertise in data querying languages (e.g., SQL), scripting languages (e.g., Python), and/or statistical software (e.g., R).
      • Experience in experimentation to drive data-informed decisions.
      • Strong communication skills for presenting analysis results to executives and teams.
      • Experience in technology, financial services, or a high-growth environment is a plus.
