      Senior Data Scientist, Singapore

      Job Description:
      As a Senior Data Scientist, you will be responsible for solving complex real-world problems by leveraging domain knowledge and developing reliable machine learning models. You will strategize ways to construct diverse, unbiased training datasets, review and optimize model performance, and improve internal tools and processes to enhance analytical capabilities. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, deep technical expertise, and the ability to communicate insights to audiences with varying technical backgrounds.

      What You’ll Do:

      • Develop reliable machine learning models to solve complex problems.
      • Strategize the construction of representative, diverse, and unbiased training datasets.
      • Review model performance, identify potential issues, and make improvements iteratively.
      • Optimize workflows and processes to improve efficiency and scalability.
      • Provide requirements for new tools to enhance internal analytical capabilities.
      • Communicate insights and recommendations effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

      What You’ll Bring:

      • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Operations Research, or a related field.
      • At least 2 years of experience building machine learning and predictive models.
      • Proficiency in Python and familiarity with essential data science libraries (Pandas, Numpy, Scipy, Scikit-Learn, Matplotlib).
      • Knowledge of deep learning frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, MXNet, Caffe).
      • Strong problem-solving mindset, passion for machine learning, and curiosity to learn.

      Good to Have:

      • Excellent communication skills for presenting findings to senior stakeholders.
      • Experience in deploying models into production environments.
      • Knowledge of Golang.
      • Experience with Deep Convolutional Neural Networks (CNN).
      • Familiarity with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
      • Proficiency in Data Visualization.
