      Senior AI Engineer – Large Language Model

      Job Description:
      This position involves contributing to the development of a scalable and optimized Southeast Asia foundation language model. The role emphasizes collaboration with regional teams, leveraging advanced AI technologies, and applying large language models (LLMs) to improve e-commerce-related business models.

      Key Responsibilities:

      • Research and implement pre-training and alignment algorithms, including ultra-large-scale multilingual pre-training, Mixture-of-Experts models, Instruction Pretraining, SFT, and RLHF.
      • Enhance the trustworthiness, explanation, and safety of large language models.
      • Track and compare cutting-edge AI technologies for potential business applications.
      • Conduct experiments to evaluate AI model performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation.
      • Collaborate with team members to apply expertise in statistics, scripting, and relevant programming languages.

      Requirements:

      • Doctorate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related disciplines.
      • Strong coding skills with proficiency in Python and PyTorch, as well as expertise in data structures and algorithms.
      • 4+ years of research experience with industry-leading large language models (e.g., GPT, LLaMA).
      • Hands-on experience with text generation or dialogue systems.
      • Advanced problem-solving skills for large model training and applications.
      • Strong communication and teamwork abilities, with a passion for exploring and advancing new technologies.
