      Data Scientist, Operations & Technology

      Job Description:
      This role involves building scalable data and machine learning platforms to enhance the development, deployment, and operation of AI/ML models. The position contributes to delivering innovative AI/ML solutions that empower users and unlock business opportunities.

      Key Responsibilities:

      • Design and build scalable data platforms, including machine learning platforms, to support AI/GenAI use cases.
      • Develop and integrate data pipelines for model training, deployment, monitoring, and inference.
      • Migrate existing data science projects to new cloud-based machine learning platforms.
      • Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to streamline data pipelines.
      • Automate model training, feature engineering, and evaluation pipelines, incorporating feedback for continuous improvement.
      • Develop CI/CD pipelines, logging, tracking, and model performance monitoring.
      • Support data extraction, transformation, and project-specific needs.
      • Manage and enhance the machine learning server environment.
      • Address data-related queries and discrepancies.
      • Stay updated on industry advancements for continuous improvement.
      • Provide technical coaching and guidance to junior team members.

      Job Requirements:

      • Education: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.
      • Experience: 2 to 4+ years of experience in machine learning platforms and model deployment.
      • Technical Skills: Familiarity with machine learning platforms, LLMs, Lang Chain, Python, SQL, and modern ML/AI algorithms; experience with GCP/Vertex AI is a plus.
      • Soft Skills: Proactive, team-oriented, and capable of multitasking effectively; strong communication skills in English.

      This role is a 2-year contract with the possibility of extension.
