      Gen AI Data Scientist

      Job Description
      The role of Gen AI Data Scientist involves blending data science expertise, consulting skills, and business acumen to design and implement AI-driven solutions. You will lead end-to-end AI projects, guide customers through their AI transformation journey, and deploy cutting-edge AI models that address intricate business challenges.

      Key Responsibilities

      • Collaborate with customers and account teams to identify AI opportunities, develop proposals, and position the organization as a trusted partner.
      • Organize and lead educational workshops on AI and Generative AI for customers.
      • Conduct AI feasibility studies, proof-of-concept projects, and end-to-end AI implementations using tools like Python, Flask, and Streamlit.
      • Deploy AI solutions on cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure, and integrate them into customer infrastructures.
      • Stay updated on AI advancements and develop thought leadership on AI and Generative AI.
      • Work cross-functionally to enhance and package AI offerings for client discussions.
      • Utilize frameworks and tools like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and GenAI libraries (e.g., HuggingFace, LangChain).

      Required Skills and Experience

      • 5+ years of experience in AI and Data consulting, with a proven track record in building client relationships.
      • Proficiency in AI frameworks, tools, and platforms, including Generative AI techniques (e.g., GANs, VAEs).
      • Expertise in Python programming and cloud-based AI deployment (AWS, GCP, Azure).
      • Strong business acumen and understanding of AI trends and industry challenges.
      • Advanced communication, storytelling, and leadership skills.
      • Comfortable working with statistics, PowerPoint, and Excel.

      Preferred Skills and Experience

      • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related fields.
      • Proactive, self-driven attitude with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
      • Experience in planning and executing AI and Generative AI strategies.
      • Highly adaptable to shifting priorities and customer needs.
