      Data Scientist (User Growth)

      Job Description

      • Optimize marketing strategies and algorithms for credit products, focusing on acquisition and retention, including online marketing, voucher distribution, robocall promotion, and campaigns.
      • Develop models and tools such as response models, uplift models, pricing models, and bidding models to drive business growth and cost optimization.
      • Analyze user conversion and profitability to improve marketing strategies like traffic selection, smart bidding, and customized promotions.
      • Collaborate closely with business teams to translate business insights into actionable models.
      • Research and implement advanced methodologies to enhance technical solutions and strategies.

      Requirements

      • Master’s degree or higher in Machine Learning, Business Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
      • Solid understanding and hands-on experience in machine learning and data mining.
      • Proficiency in Python, Spark, and SQL.
      • Strong knowledge of data structures and algorithms. Experience in causal inference is a plus.
      • Highly data-driven, passionate about technical challenges, with excellent critical thinking skills.
      • Strong communication skills, team-oriented mindset, and self-motivated attitude.
