      Data Scientist – User Growth

      Job Description:

      Responsibilities:

      • Participate in building indicator systems for international short video business, reporting systems, and other monitoring and early warning tools to provide data support for business development.
      • Support daily business analysis needs by gaining deep business understanding, performing qualitative and quantitative analysis, and identifying optimization opportunities through data-driven insights.
      • Collaborate with industry research, data engineering, and algorithm teams to support business strategy iteration, rigorously evaluate strategy effectiveness and cost efficiency, and drive improvements in business metrics.
      • Receive one-on-one mentorship to refine analytical methodologies, enhance efficiency tools, and support ongoing business development efforts.

      Qualifications:

      Minimum Qualifications:

      • Final-year student or recent graduate with a degree in statistics, mathematics, computer science, or related fields.
      • Proficiency in statistical analysis methods and hands-on experience with SQL, R, and Python programming languages.
      • Familiarity with commonly used machine learning tools and deep learning programming frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, XGBoost).
