      Algorithm Engineer (Platform Governance) – E-Commerce

      Job Description:

      Responsibilities:

      • Optimize NLP, computer vision, and multimodal algorithms for content understanding, applying them to e-commerce scenarios.
      • Recognize and address risk, low-quality content, and style issues in the e-commerce environment (including product, shopping videos, and live streams).
      • Identify and control risky sellers and low-quality e-commerce anchors through user profiles.
      • Develop anti-fraud models to detect illegal activities and events in the e-commerce platform.
      • Support the production of scalable and optimized AI/machine learning (ML) models.
      • Focus on building algorithms for the extraction, transformation, and loading of large volumes of real-time, unstructured data for AI/ML deployment.
      • Run experiments to test model performance, identifying and resolving bugs as they arise.
      • Work collaboratively in a team setting, applying expertise in statistics, scripting, and programming languages.
      • Work with relevant software platforms where models are deployed.

      Qualifications:

      Minimum Qualifications:

      • At least 5 years of experience in a related field.
      • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or a related major.
      • Strong mastery of machine learning and deep learning theories with significant practical experience.
      • Expertise in one or more fields: Data Mining, NLP, Computer Vision, or Graph Algorithms.
      • Proficient in Linux environment R&D, with expertise in Python, Go, or C++.
      • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a passion for solving challenging problems.
      • Strong team spirit and excellent communication skills.

      Preferred Qualifications:

      • Recognition with best paper or equivalent awards at conferences.
      • Experience as a winner in international academic competitions.
