      Job Description

      The Data Analyst, Data Centre role involves working at the forefront of the data center industry with a focus on sustainability, connectivity, and AI. You will contribute to driving the next generation of data center operations by leveraging data analytics, creating scalable solutions, and delivering actionable insights to stakeholders.

      Key Responsibilities:

      • Develop and maintain databases by acquiring data from primary and secondary sources, building scripts to enhance data evaluation processes for scalability and flexibility.
      • Define and implement data acquisition and integration logic using optimal methods and tools to ensure scalability and performance.
      • Analyze data to answer critical business questions, identify areas for improvement in efficiency and productivity, and provide actionable insights.
      • Identify various data sources and establish methods for accessing them.
      • Analyze data to develop predictive operations and patterns in preparation for machine learning.
      • Develop algorithms for data processing and create rich interactive visualizations through data interpretation and analysis.
      • Manage stakeholder expectations and coordinate with different levels of the workforce to implement projects.
      • Prepare and present project execution plans to top executives.

      Skills for Success

      • Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Info-communications, Engineering, or a related field.
      • Proficiency in SQL or Excel, with a willingness to learn other analytics tools.
      • Knowledge of data acquisition, transformation, and visualization tools.
      • Strong analytical skills, including data mining, evaluation, and visualization.
      • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills in English.
      • Strong customer management skills and a collaborative team player with experience working across cross-functional teams.
      • Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability.
