      Machine Learning Engineer

      Job Description

      The Machine Learning Engineer will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing ML-based solutions that provide hyper-personalized experiences for customers. This individual will collaborate with cross-functional teams to operationalize ML models, ensure efficient inference delivery, and drive innovation in AI/ML product features.

      Key Responsibilities:

      • Design and deliver an ML-based pricing system to create hyper-personalized customer experiences.
      • Collaborate with data scientists, data engineers, and platform engineers to operationalize ML models, including automating pipelines, performance monitoring, and testing.
      • Work with product owners to define AI/ML features based on customer and partner needs.
      • Advocate for AI/ML adoption through mentoring and technical knowledge-sharing sessions.
      • Participate in design and code reviews to ensure high-quality outputs.

      Skills for Success

      • At least 3+ years of experience in software engineering or machine learning engineering.
      • Proficiency in Python, Java, PySpark, and Scala.
      • Familiarity with Big Data frameworks, such as Hadoop, Spark, Impala, and Hive.
      • Experience in building and optimizing ML models, pipelines, and architectures.
      • Hands-on experience with ML frameworks like TensorFlow, Keras, and PyTorch.
      • Strong understanding of MLOps and deploying ML models into production.
      • Background in working in agile environments.
      • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, IT, or a related field.
