      Job Description

      The Senior AI Scientist will lead the design, development, and deployment of natural language processing (NLP) and large language model (LLM) solutions for the financial services and insurance sectors. This role involves working with multi-functional teams to create cutting-edge products, conduct original research, and establish best practices in NLP and LLM development.

      Key Responsibilities:

      • Develop high-quality, scalable solutions for NLP and LLMs.
      • Conduct original research and publish in reputable NLP and LLM-focused conferences and journals.
      • Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in NLP and LLMs to enhance products and services.
      • Establish and implement best practices for NLP and LLM development and evaluation.
      • Build collaborations between academia, technology, and industry partners.
      • Communicate solutions and their business value effectively to senior management, clients, and partners.
      • Deliver innovative AI solutions that provide measurable value across various business functions.

      Skills for Success

      • Advanced degree (Master’s or PhD) in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.
      • Proven experience in NLP and LLMs, with a strong record of publications, patents, or open-source contributions.
      • Proficiency in Python and hands-on experience with NLP and LLM applications such as text analysis, information extraction, and conversational agents.
      • Expertise in designing innovative AI model architectures, including encoder/decoder models, VAEs, GANs, and GPT-based systems.
      • Advanced knowledge of Transformers, API wrappers like LangChain, prompt engineering, and embedding-based fine-tuning of NLP models.
      • Experience in evaluating and debugging ML systems and adapting them across different environments.
      • Strong passion for innovation and solving complex challenges with NLP and LLMs.
