Job Description
The Data Scientist plays a critical role in driving advanced analytics and machine learning initiatives to deliver impactful business outcomes. This position involves working closely with stakeholders to develop insights and predictive models that anticipate market changes and enhance decision-making processes. As part of the Advanced Analytics team, the role supports the organization’s customer-centric culture and helps shape its data-driven strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify opportunities and translate problem statements into actionable ML/AI solutions.
Design and implement advanced analytics models to improve customer-centric decision-making.
Stay current with the latest advancements in data science and continuously enhance technical expertise.
Communicate data insights and findings effectively to stakeholders to promote data-driven decision-making.
Analyze customer behavior to generate actionable insights, improving products and services.
Manage and develop automated, always-on campaigns through real-time triggers and events detection.
Optimize campaign targeting and refine signal and trigger logics.
Skills for Success
A degree in engineering, science, applied mathematics, statistics, machine learning, or a related quantitative field.
At least 3 years of experience in a relevant field.
Proficiency in Python and SQL.
Strong foundation in statistics and data science, including statistical modeling and data visualization.
Proven leadership skills and ability to work independently.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Meticulous, proactive, and dynamic personality.
Effective communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
