      DevOps & ML Engineer, AI Platform

      Job Description:
      The DevOps & ML Engineer will be part of the AI Platform team, responsible for developing AI platforms, automating AI workload deployments, and streamlining DevSecOps pipelines. The role requires a highly technical and innovative mindset, along with strong collaboration skills.

      Responsibilities Include:

      • Designing, building, and maintaining scalable ML infrastructure using tools like Kubeflow, MLflow, RunAI, and GitLab.
      • Automating the setup and maintenance of CI/CD and ML environments and pipelines.
      • Ensuring automated testing and validation of AI/ML models before deployment.
      • Monitoring and optimizing CI/CD pipeline performance for faster build and deployment times.
      • Tracking model performance and health using monitoring and alerting tools.
      • Implementing strategies for model retraining and updates based on performance metrics.
      • Writing infrastructure as code (IaC) scripts to automate ML and infrastructure provisioning.
      • Actively participating in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning and retrospectives.

      Skills and Knowledge:

      • Proficiency in Linux and Python, JavaScript, or other scripting languages.
      • Experience with containerization tools like Docker, Kubernetes, and ML infrastructure tools (e.g., Kubeflow, MLflow, RunAI, ArgoCD).
      • Familiarity with full-stack agile software development practices.
      • Knowledge of threat modeling, security frameworks, and cloud security tools (e.g., Security Hub, Guard Duty, CloudFox).
      • Offensive Security certifications (e.g., OSCP, OSWE) and relevant cloud certifications are preferred.
      • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
      • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
      • Adaptability to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
      • A continuous learning mindset to stay updated on technological advancements.
      • 1–5 years of relevant working experience preferred.
