      Data Scientist

      Job Description:
      This is a full-time opportunity for a Data Scientist in the Advanced Analytics team. The role involves supporting Financial & Lifestyle Services (such as insurance) by conducting data exploration, insights discovery, machine learning model development, and campaign optimization. You will work closely with business stakeholders, architecting and implementing ML/AI solutions, and analyzing customer behavior to improve products and services.

      Responsibilities Include:

      • Collaborating with business stakeholders to translate opportunities and problem statements into machine learning and AI solutions.
      • Staying updated with the latest developments in data science and implementing them professionally.
      • Designing and integrating analytical models into customer-centric decision engines.
      • Communicating data insights effectively to various audiences, promoting data-driven decision-making.
      • Analyzing customer behavior to improve product and service offerings.
      • Managing and developing always-on automated campaigns through real-time triggers and event detection.
      • Ongoing optimization of campaign targeting and signal/trigger logics.

      Skills and Knowledge:

      • A degree in engineering, science, applied mathematics, statistics, machine learning, or a related quantitative field.
      • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a relevant field.
      • Proficiency in Python and SQL.
      • Strong knowledge of statistics, data science, and statistical modeling.
      • Familiarity with data visualization techniques.
      • Leadership experience, with strong organizational and communication skills.
      • Ability to work independently, with a proactive and dynamic approach.
